we spoon fed janie for the first time last night. at first she tried to suck on the little spoon like it was a nipple on a bottle, but it didn't take her long to figure it out.
she looked so cute with her cereal all over her face!
mom took some pictures and i can't wait to get them developed! i will have to update my pictures on the other site so everyone can see her messy little face.

chris has said he is coming home this saturday night no matter what. he is ready to see his baby. i'm hoping that won't cause a conflict with his boss, but i think that sundays are optional. it sure would be nice for him to get saturday and sunday off. when he comes home for only one night and doesn't even get in until 9, it makes for a sad one day home, you know?
i sure have missed him.
but the best part of everything???
shane is out of our lives!
it had gotten to the point that we were almost supporting the boy. if we were to add up all the $$$ that we have loaned him in the past year or so, it would come to over three grand, of which, he has only paid back one grand. and that was because chris had a little talk with him on the matter.
but, chris has assured me that he is out of our lives FOREVER and if $2000 is what i have to pay for him to be gone, then so be it.
