chris groceries
tentative plans, right? that's what i said in yesterday's post... and last night, after talking with chris about janie and me driving to see him today, he told me that he would rather come home than us drive down there.

"i would be worried all day about ya'll driving down here on saturday, and all day sunday about ya'll driving back. when ya'll came to see me in florida, i remember how worried i was about ya'll.... and not to mention the hydroplaning incident on the way back from mississippi.."
to tell the truth... even though i was oh-so excited to go see him... i was starting to freak about having to drive that far with her. janie and i don't seem to have the best of luck in long drives.... we we've ended up off the road twice.
he said that he wants spaghetti for supper... "you know... some of that 3 hour spaghetti... so the sauce is really good."
lol
so now, instead of driving to mississippi to shop and see my hubby, i will be cleaning house and going grocery shopping. the house isn't a total wreck, but it's not exactly all neat and tidy, either. the dining room is the worst room... i've gotta get in there and do something with all that Christmas stuff. if i'm not going to put it out, then i need to put it up. and as for the groceries... i have groceries.... janie&leigh groceries. not chris groceries. *L* and there is a big difference. :)
here's a pic of a Christmas ornament from nan&pop's tree... it's my ornament from 1st grade in mrs. mcbride's class. that woman was THA BOMB! and this is my favorite kiddy-ornament. granted, i didn't paint it...she did... but still... it's held up pretty well for being 22 years old, huh?
