extreme

this is the last week of classes before the long awaited Christmas Holidays . chris and i have finally completed our Christmas shopping and now i have a mountain of gift wrapping ahead of me. i was planning on taking a whole day next week just to wrap presents. though, chris wants them wrapped before this weekend. i have tried and tried to explain to him that it will be a futile effort, he nevertheless wants it done.

so be it.

i will wrap them sometime before saturday night, stick them under the tree AFTER i have taken janie to my mom's (so they will be under the tree saturday night), and hide them in the office before i pick her up the next morning. isn't that a bit much?

apparently not.

also, we received two more Christmas cards in the mail so chris will not feel compelled to purchase cards and make them out to us from FAKE PEOPLE so that our family will look loved.

you know...i love him. i truly do love him. but i NEVER realized how FRIGGIN' EXTREME he is until now...

i just read up on some of my linked blogs and came across something interesting written by zoot. she's usually got a pretty good insight to things and i appreciate her angle on any of my posts. go. read. enjoy.
