easter
the easter bunny visited our precious janie multiple times this past weekend. nancy had an easter party thursday at daycare and it was so cute! she taught the kids to do a dance and they did great (except for janie who stood beside me and sucked down her apple juice instead of participating). she had little bunny ears for all the kids � it was absolutely precious!
the first thing that chris and i gave janie for easter was a dora doll. we decided to give it to her on saturday night.... just because. when i pulled the doll out of the bad she started shrieking "ora! ora!" and stomping her little feet. it was beautiful. :)
je-ka (a.k.a. Jessica) had a birthday party on sunday. so after church, janie, chris and i headed to the p-a-r-t-y. janie had a great time. she got so dirty that i wanted to spray her off with the water hose before letting her back into my car to go home... but i didn't. here she is before she got too-too dirty...
when we got home, chris and i figured, heck. she's dirty as heck. let's give her the water hose in the back yard and let her play in the mud! so, she had a GREAT time. sadly, i didn't get any pictures of that... but if we do it again this weekend, i will be sure to whip out the digital camera.
so that was my weekend. it was great. hopefully the next one will be as much fun! (dang, that sounded corny).
