the one where i over use the word crusty
my mom took janie to the doctor today. yesterday i took her to the urgent care clinic, but since it was labor day, it wasn't open. can't have urgent care on labor day.
this morning when we woke up, janie's eyes were bloodshot and crusty.
yep.
crusty.
her normally big beautiful blue eyes were swollen, bloodshot and crusty.
ok. i think i've used the word crusty enough....
so, like i said earlier, my mom took janie to the doctor. he prescribed her an antibiotic. it's amoxil, which will pretty much clear up any infection that she's got going on. (because earlier, when i said her eyes were crusty, i didn't mention that the crusty stuff was sorta green... *yuck*)
it was a long, sick, head-pounding weekend. chris got some stuff done. i didn't get anything done, except grading papers. we did go out saturday night, but all in all, that was even a bust. i didn't feel great, and by the time we got home, i felt horrible.
and since chris was off for labor day he will have to work this coming saturday to make up for it.
so... to make myself feel better, i decided to change my layout and masthead.
