bribery
yesterday i took precious janie to the doctor. she was an absolute ANGEL the whole time we were there. even though she was being a bit loud, it was a happy loud, so i didn't care. (not too sure if the nurses cared...but hey! she wasn't screaming in agony like the last time we were there and i had to hogtie her to give her a friggin' breathing treatment, okay?!?)
she was a perfect little patient for the doctor.
yeah, i'm sure you noticed the lollypop in her hand. that is EXACTLY what insured that she acted like a complete angel during the doctor's visit. *sneaky grin*
and i wondered how other mother's got their toddlers to be such sweethearts in public places... and then it dawned on me...they must be bribing them...
