janie is sick. luckily i had already made her an appointment with the doctor for her 18 month shots on friday, so instead of getting shots, she got a round of antibiotics. *sigh* when she woke up friday morning, her left eye was literally crusted shut. and she was mad as hell about it. her nose was running green snot and she was coughing like she had been smoking for 20 years. apparently she has an ear infection, a sinus infection, and a cold in her eyes.
what in the hell???
friday night she started running a pretty bad fever and it didn't really go away until saturday night. yesterday was a pretty good day for her, except for the emphysemic coughing.
i took my laptop home this weekend with every intention of working a little. did that happen? no. and now i am totally unprepared for this week. but i'll make it. i always do.
