janie dress issues
so so SO much to do and i have less than 37 days until our wedding! it seems that since my dress was so easy of a task, that janie's dress is the one that will be the problem. right now, she has two dresses (oh and btw, the brown one never came in, the company wonderfuldress.com finally gave me a refund over 3 weeks AFTER they CANCELED MY ORDER BECAUSE THEY ARE A SHADY COMPANY!!! ... sorry, i'm still a bit upset by the whole ordeal, can you tell?) both of them white. here they are:
this one was perfect in some ways, such as the length of the dress. PERFECT! and oh-so-not perfect in others... such as the roses on the back. really? roses? no. i think not. and the baby pink color of the sash and roses... not exactly complementary to my color scheme...
this one i'm not sure about yet. it's the length of the dress that bothers me. i haven't actually gotten janie to try it on yet, so i may be worried for nothing. but i anticipate other issues with the dress as well. but here's the AWESOME part about this dress. yes, the sash in the picture up there is yellow. which is not exactly in my color scheme any more than baby pink is. BUT this one has a detachable sash. DE-TA-CHA-BLE!!! yes!! and it comes in these colors:
well blah. i have a thousand things to do... meeting after school, gotta take pictures at the meeting... gotta go by ace hardware and pick up some dowel rods and some chalkboard paint... (don't ask, i'll explain later)... too many crafty ideas and not enough time!!! ;)
